熾烈を極める新宿攻防戦。戦況はめまぐるしく変化し、帝鬼軍は次第に劣勢に追い込まれていく。黒鬼装備を持つ優一郎たちの参戦もあったが、希望を打ち消すかのように、第七位始祖フェリド・バートリー率いる吸血鬼主力部隊が動き出す！その主力部隊にはミカエラの姿もあった。迎え撃つは、吸血鬼殲滅部隊月鬼ノ組グレン隊！

The battle at Shinjuku was fought with fierce desperation. The tactical situation was changing rapidly, and the Demon Army was gradually being outplayed. Yuichiro who has a Black Demon gear joined the battle with his team, but as if denying their hope, the vampire main force led by the Seventh Progenitor Ferid Bathory started to make their move! Mikaela was also in that main force. Guren’s unit of the Vampire Extermination Unit Moon Demon Company is fully prepared to engage the enemy!
