評議会の決定で、吸血鬼たちはついに日本帝鬼軍殲滅へ動き出した。一方、日本帝鬼軍本部も吸血鬼たちの動きを察知し、対策会議を設けていた。様々な思惑が交錯する中、優一郎たちは鬼呪装備契約のための訓練に励む。なかなか進展しない訓練に業を煮やした優一郎は、グレンに直談判。鬼呪装備契約の約束を取り付けるが…。

On the other hand, the Japanese Imperial Demon Army Headquarters also perceived the movement of the vampires, and has formed a response meeting.
