突如蔓延した未知のウイルスにより、世界は破滅を迎えた…!!生き残った少年少女は、地の底より現れた吸血鬼に連れ去られていった。――それから４年後。「百夜孤児院」の家族と一緒に、吸血鬼の都市「サングィネム」で暮らす、優一郎とミカエラ。自分たちの血を奪い、家畜同然に扱う吸血鬼たちに、優一郎は反感を抱くが…。

Suddenly one day, the world was destroyed by an unknown virus. The children that survived, were taken away by vampires who appeared from the abyss. 4 years later. Yuichiro and Mikaela were living in “Sanguinem”, the city of vampire with the family of the "Hyakuya Orphanage". Yuichiro was feeling antipathy toward the vampires who treated them like livestock.
